WhatsApp could soon allow ‘Liking’ pictures

WhatsApp could soon allow ‘Liking’ pictures
29.05.2020 08:29
The moment Facebook bought over WhatsApp for a whopping of $19 billion it was easy to see what the social networking giant was gaining by acquiring the brand and its database. Both Facebook and WhatsApp still function separately with their own set of prime functions but pretty soon that could be about to change.

We're not sure if the changes expected are going to be for good or worse but that's not something which should be ideally bothering the social giants.

WhatsApp over the past 10 months or so has been bestowed with functional features like Blue-ticks wherein you get to know the receiver has read your message or not. Then came the WhatsApp on web option which enabled everyone with access to their WhatsApp account on their PCs itself via simple integration which was laid out through an application update.

And the next possible Facebook intrusion on WhatsApp could be in the form of 'Like'. Reports emerging in the social circuit indicate the prospect of having option to 'Like' pictures on WhatsApp much akin to the popular option available on Facebook all these years and very soon it could makes it way to WhatsApp as well. How will it help? We're not sure and it's better to wait for the feature roll out to happen which is expected in the coming months.

But here's the thing, would you really want Like on WhatsApp? Isn't it too much or are you okay with it? Let us know in the comments below.
