Azercell increases number of express offices in the regions

Azercell Telecom has issued the following statement in English: 

Azercell Telecom, market leader in telecommunication sector of the country, continues to increase number of Azercell Express offices in Baku and regions in order to provide immediate and high quality service to its customers. Thus, the company has launched a new AzEx office at Heydar Aliyev avenue, 74 in the region of Yardimli on August, 4. The new AzEx office will operate based on convenient "one-stop shopping" concept which allows customers to benefit from three services at one point: make payments for their phone bills, use full range of customer services and buy a new phone or a number. Azercell Telecom was the first mobile operator in CIS countries to introduce such services to its subscribers by launching the first Azercell Express office in Baku on August 27, 2004. 

Constantly expanding its network and coverage, Azercell has 15 Express offices operating in Baku and 35 in the regions. In addition, the company has 4 Customer Services in Baku and 6 in the regions. In general, there are 50 AzEx offices in Azerbaijan. New office, opened in Yardimli will enable subscribers to enjoy the benefits of the most professional and exemplary customer service in the country. 

In addition we would like to note that Azercell Customer Centre is also being represented at Asan-1, Asan-2, Asan-3 service centers, as well as at the service centers for Taxpayers under the Ministry of Taxes.  

Azercell will further continue to increase the number of its Express offices all over the country in order to provide all customers with prompt and top quality service.
