Sargsyan has forced an Armenian oligarch to buy powerful technical facilities for Karabakh.

Haykakan zhamanak newspaper writes citing its sources that Armenian authorities have forced the former minister of finances Gagik Khachatryan to invest his own huge funds for installation of powerful technical means on the confrontation line of Armenian and Azerbaijani troops, panorama.am reports.

"Before being appointed to the position of Finance Minister Gagik Khachtryan was forced to spend huge amounts and provide the border with the devices that make it possible to fix all movements from the Azerbaijani side. Meanwhile, specialists of Gagik Khachatryan's Ucom company went to the border to install the technical facilities," the newspaper reads.
