Frogs are rarely noted for their enthusiasm for punk rock - but this one at least looks the part.
The bright green tree frog was happy to pose for photographs after a colourful butterfly landed on his head.
His unexpected guest, a Common Jezebel butterfly, used his head as a perch for 15 minutes before flying away.
The frog, a male Australian green tree frog, was pictured on a tree branch in Jakarta, Indonesia, where there are also scattered populations of the animal.
He was pictured by Tanto Yesen, a local photographer who was intrigued when the frog didn't react at all to his hanger-on.
Mr Yesen, 35, said: ''First the butterfly flew and stopped on the branch beside the frog, then it moved onto the frog.
'The frog didn't really react - he was just calm and enjoying it, I think. The butterfly looked like it was having fun.'
'I think that the butterfly looked a bit like a hat on the frog's head. The frog didn't look like he wanted to eat the butterfly or anything.
