Turcas in talks to sell 13.5% Star refinery stake to Socar

Turkey’s Turcas has said it will cut its stake in Socar Yatirim to 5 percent, according to Bloomberg News. 

Star refinery in western Turkey is being built by Socar Yatirim, in which Rafineri Holding, a unit of State Oil Company of Azerbaijan, or Socar, holds 41.5 percent. 

The Ministry of Economic Development of Azerbaijan owns the remaining 40 percent of Star.
