Ukraine claims Russia negotiating military aid with Middle East and African countries

Russia is negotiating military aid with Middle East and African countries, said Vadym Skibitsky, the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, reported from RBC-Ukraine.
According to him, Russia is experiencing a shortage of ammunition: "We know for sure that they are actively cooperating with Iran. But there are also negotiations with the Middle East and African countries."
Skibitsky said Iran remains Russia's main military partner: "Iran supplies Russia with ammunition and drones. Moscow is also trying to supply ballistic missiles. But Tehran is still waiting on this issue."
