US to provide Ukraine with HIMARS rockets, ammunition and reconnaisance drones

The United States is working on a new $400 million military aid package for Ukraine.

Reported from AP that the armament will be allocated from Pentagon's stocks and sent to Ukraine shortly.

According to the agency, the military aid package will include rockets for HIMARS and NASAMS air defense systems, as well as ammunition for Stinger and Javelin, aviation rockets Hydra-70 and Hornet reconnaisance drones.

In addition, the United States will provide the Ukrainian Armed Forces with howitzer shells, 32 Stryker armored personnel carriers, mine-clearing equipment, mortars, and 28 million small arms rounds.
