But it has been transformed into a sickening sight of hanging suspects.

Evil ISIS – also known as Daesh – even block grieving families from retrieving their loved ones to bury them.

ISIS-style crucifixions involve slaying the victim before stringing them up and leaving them hanging for days.

The roundabout lies in the city of Sirte, which was taken over by the bloody regime last year.

According to an inside source called Osama – who is fighting against the twisted terror cell – three of his men have been killed and two more are missing.

Tragic Milad Aburgeeba, 37, became the latest victim to go on the gruesome display, according the source.

He spent two days strung up on the hoarding, dressed in an orange jumpsuit with the message "spy” branded across his body.

The twisted group are believed to have an army of nearly 3,000 fighters in the Libyan city.

The West is getting ready to arm the Libyan government and take back the city.

ISIS has previously released two chilling videos of militants executing spies.

Osama said: ”It is a horrific thing to do.

”This is the price our fighters pay for getting intelligence to defeat [ISIS]."
