Cavusoglu, Lavrov mull upcoming Russian-Ukrainian talks in Turkiye

A telephone conversation took place between Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu and his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov, Turkish Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

During the talks, the latest events in Ukraine and the current humanitarian situation were discussed.

One of the main topics of the talks was the Russian-Ukrainian meeting to be held in Istanbul.
