Estonian general: Ukraine war will end when Russia breaks up
25.04.2023 15:00
A peaceful resolution of the war in Ukraine is possible if Russia will break up into smaller and weaker countries, Estonian Defense Forces (EDF) commander Lieutenant General Martin Herem said, reported from RBC-Ukraine.

"I don't see a happy ending to the war in Ukraine,” he stressed.

According to the general, this means countries like Estonia should be ready for a constant threat to their security within their borders.

Herem noted that they are moving more and more towards Israel's situation:

"Thus, we must always be ready for something to happen.”
