Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan personally called on Samvel Shahramanyan to sign the "order" on the "dissolution" of the so-called institution, reported from Hraparak.

"They are trying to convince the Armenian public that the capitulation was signed by Samvel Shahramanyan and has nothing to do with Nikol Pashinyan. The PM was personally aware of the text of this order and personally recommended Shahramanyan do everything to stop the military escalation by agreeing to all the demands of Azerbaijan," Hraparak wrote.

According to information, Shahramanyan contacted Armen Abazyan, director of the security service of the Armenian military, and through him, had a telephone conversation with Nikol Pashinyan: "The Prime Minister called on him to immediately fulfill all the demands of Azerbaijan."
