Ukraine receives aid from Kazakhstan amid war with Russia
Even amid complex geopolitical conditions, Ukraine continues to receive practical support for its healthcare system from international partners whose foreign relations remain multi-vector, according to a publication by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, citing RBC-Ukraine.
Transfer of medical emergency vehicles
A handover of three specialized CITROËN JUMPER Type C ambulances took place at the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
The vehicles arrived in Ukraine as humanitarian aid from BI-Group, representing Kazakhstan.
Vehicle equipment
Each ambulance is fully equipped to provide emergency medical care during patient transport. The equipment includes a ventilator, oxygen cylinders, a defibrillator-monitor, capnograph, electrocardiograph, blood pressure monitor, pulse oximeter, glucometer, nebulizer, and other modern devices required for emergency medical teams.
Where ambulances deployed
The ambulances were distributed among three healthcare facilities in the Cherkasy region. The new vehicles were delivered to the Talne Multidisciplinary Hospital, the Cherkasy Regional Cardiology Center, and the Lysianka Territorial Hospital. The total value of the assistance amounted to UAH 9.78 million.
