Peace Council welcomes Azerbaijan as founding member

The Peace Council, established at the initiative of U.S. President Donald Trump, has welcomed Azerbaijan as a founding member, the organisation said in a post on social media platform X.

The statement said Azerbaijan had joined the growing international body as a founding member. The signing ceremony of the Peace Council Charter was held in Davos on January 22, with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev attending the event.
