Trump arrives in Davos for World Economic Forum after aircraft issue
U.S. President Donald Trump has arrived in Davos to attend the World Economic Forum, according to the White House press pool.
Trump initially departed Washington aboard Air Force One, but the aircraft returned to Joint Base Andrews due to a technical issue with onboard electronics, CNN reported, citing a source.
He later switched to a smaller aircraft and flew to Zurich, where the plane landed successfully, Agence France-Presse said. Trump then continued on to Davos.
His schedule includes a reception with business leaders, followed by a speech at the forum.
