Second round of Russia–Ukraine–U.S. talks begins in Abu Dhabi

The second round of talks between Russia, Ukraine and the United States has begun in Abu Dhabi. The negotiations are expected to last two days, on February 4 and 5.

The delegations were initially scheduled to meet on Sunday, February 1, but the talks were later postponed.
