Mojtaba Khamenei says Iran has achieved ‘victory’ in Gulf conflict

Mojtaba Khamenei said Iran had achieved victory in the Gulf conflict despite damage from enemy attacks, according to a statement carried by state television.

“Despite the damage and strikes inflicted by the enemy, our armed forces turned the war into a great victory,” the statement said.

The message was issued to mark 40 days since the death of Ali Khamenei.

It also called on the public to continue mass rallies and demonstrations seen across Iranian cities in recent weeks.
