Iran clearing debris at missile tunnel sites during ceasefire — CNN
Iran is clearing debris from entrances to underground missile storage facilities damaged in U.S. and Israeli strikes, CNN reported, citing sources and satellite imagery.
According to the report, construction equipment was seen removing rubble and loading it onto trucks at tunnel entrances, including sites near Khomein and south of Tabriz in images dated April 10.
U.S. intelligence estimates that about half of Iran’s missile launchers remain intact after weeks of conflict, the report said, adding that some may have been buried by strikes targeting tunnel entrances.
CNN said Iran appears to be using the ceasefire period to regain access to missile systems stored underground.
Reuters could not independently verify the report.
