Air defenses activated in Tehran

Air defenses are currently operating in the Iranian capital, anews reports citing Mehr.

The sound of air defenses "can be heard across several areas in Tehran," the news agency said, without elaborating.In turn, the Tasnim news agency reported that the Iranian capital’s air defenses were repelling an attack "of small drones and reconnaissance UAVs."

The agency said sounds of activated air defense systems could be heard in Tehran’s western, central and southeastern districts.
