Pashinyan declines to attend Victory Day parade in Moscow

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has declined to travel to Moscow for the Victory Day parade on May 9.

He said he would be unable to attend the events because of the election campaign in Armenia.

Pashinyan said he had informed Russian President Vladimir Putin on April 1 that he would not be able to take part.
