Kyiv declares July 3 day of mourning after Russian attack
Kyiv declared July 3 a day of mourning in memory of those killed in a large-scale Russian attack on the Ukrainian capital, Mayor Vitali Klitschko said.
Flags will be lowered on all municipal buildings in the city, while state and private institutions have also been advised to lower flags.
All entertainment events in Kyiv will be banned on the day of mourning.
According to the latest reports, 13 people were killed and 86 others were injured in the attack.
