Drone crosses Moldovan border and returns to Ukraine

Against the backdrop of massive attacks carried out by Russia against Ukraine, an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) entered Moldova’s airspace, citing the Moldovan Ministry of Defense.

According to the ministry, the incident occurred today at 10:33. The UAV entered Moldovan airspace from the direction of Ukraine’s Mayaki settlement, crossed the state border near the village of Palanca and advanced approximately 500 meters into the country’s territory.

At 10:34, the unmanned aerial vehicle returned in the same direction and entered Ukrainian airspace.
