Mirzoyan: No Concrete Deals on Reciprocal Visits with Baku

Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan stated that there are currently no substantive agreements regarding reciprocal visits between the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan.
Speaking to reporters, Mirzoyan noted that reciprocal visits by foreign ministry officials, including at the ministerial level, could become viable as subsequent phases of bilateral normalization are finalized and peace is progressively consolidated. While expressing optimism that such visits might eventually materialize and enable joint diplomatic engagements, the Armenian foreign minister stressed that no concrete arrangements have been reached at this stage.
