Zelenskyy convenes Security Council meeting over explosion of Kakhovka hydroelectric power station

Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy convenes a meeting of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) due to the explosion of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant, NSDC Secretary Oleksiy Danilov said on Twitter.

The dam of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station was blown up earlier in Ukraine.

The warring parties blame each other for the incident.
