Infant dies after vaccination in Azerbaijan

An infant has died after receiving a vaccination in Azerbaijan’s Goranboy district.

A one-year-old resident of the village of Yukhary Ballygaya was administered a routine vaccine against infectious diseases at a local medical point.

According to preliminary information, the child went into shock following the injection and later died.

An investigation is underway.
