Azerbaijan’s foreign debt as of Oct. 1 was $6.38 billion (5 billion manat), or 8.5 percent of gross domestic product, the Center for Economic and Social Development said.
Foreign debt increased by 5.1 percent from January 1, the Baku-based research group said by-email.
