AZAL Management Board to consist of 7 members under new presidential decree

Executive management of Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC (AZAL) will be carried out by a Management Board comprising 7 members — a chairman and 6 deputy chairmen.

President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree to this effect.

Under the decree, the appointment and dismissal of members of the company's Management Board have been assigned to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
