Italian firms interested in participating in projects to be implemented in Karabakh

Large projects are expected to be implemented in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan, and Italian companies will participate in these projects with great interest, Riccardo Cursi, the representative of the Italian embassy in Azerbaijan told.

According to him, there is a large Italian company engaged in the restoration of museums and historical monuments in Karabakh.

Cursi stressed that contracts are expected to be signed within the framework of the event themed ‘Azerbaijan and Italy for better food production’ in Baku: "I hope successful business meetings will be held at this event."

At present, 140 Italian companies are operating in various fields of economy in Azerbaijan.
