On the night of January 13-14, Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) flights scheduled on routes Istanbul-Baku (J2-078), Moscow-Baku (J2-808), and Tel Aviv-Baku (J2-322) were diverted to an alternate airport due to fog at the destination, reported from the Azerbaijan Airlines' press service.

The planes successfully landed at Ganja International Airport.

According to airline regulations, passengers waiting for departure at the airport will be provided with all necessary services if required. For additional inquiries, passengers can contact the airline via email at [email protected].

Additionally, the IrAero airline's Novosibirsk-Baku flight, operated on an SU95 aircraft, was redirected to an alternate airport by the captain's decision due to fog at the destination.

Due to fog in the Baku airport area, changes were made to the schedule of several flights.
