Azerbaijanis and Armenians among top buyers of Russian goods

Food products remain the most popular Russian exports across the post-Soviet region, according to a VTsIOM study. Over the past two to three years, 62% of Armenians and 59% of Azerbaijanis bought Russian-made food items.

Russian clothing brands are most popular in Kazakhstan (50%), Tajikistan and Armenia (43% each), while Russian construction materials are in highest demand in Kyrgyzstan (57%) and Azerbaijan (32%).
