Complaints on Azerbaijan’s e-complaint platform near 12,000
The total number of complaints submitted through Azerbaijan’s e-complaint platform has reached 11,970, according to official data.
Monthly figures have shown an upward trend since the second half of 2024, with complaints ranging between 598 and 647 from August to October that year. In 2025, monthly totals rose as high as 668.
In January 2026, 614 complaints were recorded, followed by 635 in February, indicating that elevated levels have continued.
The list of submissions includes complaints related to mobile operators, as well as companies such as Azeronline LTD and Uninet LLC.
