Nar Secures Leadership in Net Promoter Score for the Seventh Consecutive Year
Known for its affordable services, Nar has once again maintained its leading position among mobile operators in 2025 in terms of the Net Promoter Score (NPS), ranking first in this indicator for the seventh consecutive year. According to the results of a study conducted by an independent international research company, Nar was recognized as the mobile operator providing the best mobile internet services in Azerbaijan and offering the most affordable prices.
The NPS survey was conducted in December 2025 and lasted for 30 days. A total of 1,500 mobile operator users across the country participated in the survey. In accordance with the research methodology, the survey covered various demographic groups and professional sectors.
Additionally, evaluations were carried out based on indicators such as mobile internet quality, call and mobile internet pricing, and service reliability. To ensure objectivity, the survey was conducted by an independent research company rather than by the mobile operator itself.
It should be noted that Nar, which regularly studies customer demand, offers its subscribers products and services on more favorable terms. For seven consecutive years, the operator has maintained a high level of customer loyalty in the market, continuously improving service quality and introducing new products and services tailored to subscribers’ needs.
