Armenia expects new grain deliveries via Azerbaijan
Armenia expects new shipments of grain to be delivered by rail via Azerbaijan and Georgia, Economy Minister Gevorg Papoyan said.
He said the deliveries were expected in the near term but did not specify the exact timing of their arrival in Yerevan or name the supplying country.
“Once the grain arrives, I will publish data on the volume in tonnes,” Papoyan said.
Commenting on possible supplies of petroleum products from Azerbaijan, the minister also gave no details, saying information would be made public only after the relevant rail wagons arrive in the country.
