According to the official exchange rates of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan for February 17, 2026, the U.S. dollar remained unchanged at 1.7000 manats.

The euro decreased by 0.2% to 2.0130 manats, while 100 Russian roubles increased by 0.09% to 2.2112 manats.
