Azerbaijan central bank sets exchange rates for Feb. 19

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan set the official exchange rates for Feb. 19.

The U.S. dollar remained unchanged at 1.7000 manats.

The euro fell by 0.4% to 2.0042 manats, while the Russian rouble declined by 0.5%, with 100 roubles set at 2.2139 manats.
