Azerbaijan Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund issues 17.4 mln manats in loans in January

The Azerbaijan Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund issued loans worth 17.4 million manats in January 2026.

According to the Fund, the amount was mainly allocated to mortgage lending aimed at improving citizens’ housing conditions.

The Fund provides both standard and concessional mortgage loans, supporting the development of the real estate market and expanding access to housing finance.
