Exchange gas prices in Europe fall by about 1%

The cost of gas futures in Europe after the four-day Easter holidays fell by about 1% to $480 per 1,000 cubic meters, reported from the data of the London ICE exchange.

May (nearest) futures on the TTF index (the biggest hub in Europe, located in the Netherlands) opened trading in the red - at the level of $469.8 (-3.3%) per 1,000 cubic meters, and further reached up to $480.

The dynamics of quotations is based on the settlement price of the previous trading day, April 7, - $486 per 1,000 cubic meters.
