Lukashenko says new document necessary as basis for talks on Ukraine

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko on Thursday stated the need to develop a new document as a basis for talks on Ukraine settlement, reported from BelTA.

"To take a new document, not the one that was negotiated during the Russia-Ukraine talks in Belarus in 2022. To stop the war," Lukashenko said.
