Turkey, U.S. and Poland embassies in Baku offer condolences on Khojaly anniversary
The embassies of Turkey, United States, and Poland in Baku extended condolences to the people of Azerbaijan on the 34th anniversary of the Khojaly massacre.
Turkey’s ambassador Birol Akgün said the 613 innocent victims of Khojaly are remembered with compassion.
The U.S. embassy offered “sincere and deep condolences” to the families of the victims, emphasizing the importance of human dignity and sustainable peace for future generations.
Poland’s mission highlighted that commemorating the victims is important for preserving historical memory and promoting peace.
