Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated that a comprehensive peace treaty with Azerbaijan could potentially be signed in 2027–2028, noting that concluding the process within this year remains unlikely due to time constraints.

According to Sputnik Armenia, Pashinyan underscored that finalizing the agreement requires additional time to conclude all legal procedures.

Earlier, during an Armenian cabinet meeting, Pashinyan had identified the formal signing and subsequent ratification of the initialed peace accord with Azerbaijan as one of Yerevan's primary state objectives.
