The Leicester and England star made history this weekend by scoring in his 11th consecutive league match.
The 28-year-old is even being eyed up by Spanish titans Real Madrid to boost their flagging title hopes, according to reports.
And now movie bosses are set to meet top British screenwriter Adrian Butchart this week to turn Vardy's life into a flick.
Butchart – who wrote the Goal! football films – hailed the former factory worker's "incredible" rise to fame.
The writer and producer told the Sun: "It's the kind of story that if we made it up, people wouldn't believe it."
He added: "It's amazing to think he was playing non-league football and making medical splints for a living until so recently before breaking the record."
The writer said a host of Hollywood stars including Robert Pattinson, Zac Efron and Andrew Garfield could play Vardy.
Pattinson, 29, rose to fame as mysterious vampire Edward Cullen in the Twilight films while Efron, 28, starred in High School Musical.
And Garfield, 32, has starred in the Amazing Spider-Man franchise, Facebook flick The Social Network and gritty Brit drama Boy A.
