Apple plans app development centre

The southern Italian city of Naples has been chosen by Apple for the first of a series of app development centres.
The idea is to train app developers for its operating system.
Apps for mobile devices are a big money spinner for Apple and the company said writing them has created more than 75,000 jobs in Italy alone.
Apple Chief Executive Tim Cook said: "Europe is home to some of the most creative developers in the world.”
Perhaps not unconnected to the announcement, Apple recently reached a deal with the Italian government to pay hundreds of millions in a dispute over allegedly unpaid taxes.
