Guardiola 'knows' which Premier League team he is joining, says Robert Lewandowski

Robert Lewandowski says Premier League-bound Pep Guardiola "knows where he is going” this summer and has already started making plans for how to transform his new team.
Guardiola announced at the start of January that he would be moving to England for the 2016-17 season having already confirmed to Bayern Munich that he would not be signing a new contract. The identity of his new club has been closely guarded, although Manchester City are known to be the leading candidates, with reports of a pre-contract agreement having already been signed. Manchester United, Chelsea and even Arsenal have all been linked with the coach who won 14 trophies in four seasons with Barcelona, but Lewandowski believes Guardiola has already made his decision.
"I know Pep can improve a team in England,” he told the Daily Mail. "I think he knows where he’s going and he knows what he needs to do with the team he’s going to, so that they play much better.”
Having worked with Guardiola for the past 18 months, Lewandowski knows what to expect from the meticulous Catalan, who is famed for his detailed preparation and tactical mastery.
Barcelona made possession-based football the new orthodoxy during his time at Camp Nou and Bayern are also masters of passing game, even if their style of play is more geared to the Bundesliga counter-attacking philosophy.
"He will focus on technique and perhaps more possession than is the norm in England,” said the Poland international. "But Pep knows the Premier League is different from the Spanish league or the Bundesliga, but I’m sure he can do something new in terms of tactics and technique.”
