World Humanitarian Summit kicks off in Turkey

 

The summit, organized by UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, will bring together the leaders of countries and people affected by humanitarian crises on May 23-24.

 

The summit will focus on the discussion of the ways to solve humanitarian problems.

 

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and his spouse Mehriban Aliyeva will also attend the summit. 

 

The head of state and his spouse have already arrived in Turkey.
