The gold medals came from Farhad Rajabli (90 kg) and Zaur Pashayev (100 kg).

Azerbaijani veteran judo fighters have brought home a clutch of five medals, including two golds from the World Championships held in Florida, the U.S.

The gold medals came from Farhad Rajabli (90 kg) and Zaur Pashayev (100 kg).

Zaur Baghirov and Zulfiyye Huseynova won the silver medals in the men's +100kg and women's 70kg weight categories respectively.

Mubariz Jafarov (81kg) scooped the bronze medal of the tournament.
