GUAM congratulates Azerbaijan on Victory Day

The Organization for Democracy and Economic Development (GUAM) congratulated Azerbaijan on its victory in the Patriotic War.

The message was posted on the organization's official Twitter page.

"The GUAM Secretariat congratulates Azerbaijan on the victorious liberation of the occupied territories and the restoration of territorial integrity. Happy Victory Day!" the message reads.
