Russian expert: Everyone is keen on final establishment of peace in South Caucasus

Everyone is interested in the final establishment of peace in the South Caucasus, Russian expert, and director of the Institute of Contemporary State Development, Dmitri Solonnikov, told a round table at the RICC (the Russian Information and Cultural Center) in Baku.
The expert noted the importance of developing transport communications in the region, which becomes possible due to the end of the conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia and the establishment of peace.
The energy cooperation between Azerbaijan and Russia is also an important issue, the expert opined.
"It is necessary to develop relations in this sector, sign long-term agreements."
Dmitri Solonnikov also stressed Russia's interest in implementing the process of delimitation and demarcation of the border between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
