President Ilham Aliyev makes speech at 8th Summit of Turkic Council

The 8th Summit of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States kicked off in Istanbul on November 12.

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev is taking part in the event.

First, the heads of state and government took a joint photo.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan declared the summit open.

Then the Turkish President presented the High Order of the Turkic World to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.

The head of state addressed the event.
