Kortunov: Cooperation between Russia and Azerbaijan should be broader

"The format of the Russian-Azerbaijani expert council as one of the types of open diplomacy contributes to the development of relations between the two countries. I think that strengthening mutual understanding and trust between our countries in the current conditions is even more important," Director General of the Russian Council on International Affairs Andrei Kortunov said at a video meeting of the Russian-Azerbaijani expert council.
Expressing satisfaction with the fact that the Russian language is the language of mutual understanding between the two peoples, the expert noted that the Caucasus has always been a keyspace for Russia.
