Speaker of Azerbaijani Parliament Sahiba Gafarov is on a visit to Istanbul, reported from Azerbaijani Embassy in Turkey.

According to the Embassy, the speaker will participate in the 16th Conference of the Parliamentary Union of the Islamic Cooperation (PUIC).
