Number of employment contracts nears 1.7 million in Azerbaijan

The number of labor contracts concluded in Azerbaijan increased by 292,100 units or 20.8% compared to the beginning of 2019 and reached 1,694,100 as of August 1, 2022, reported from the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy.

In the private section of the non-oil sector, the figure increased by 261,100 units or 48.4% to 801,000.
